Hi, I'm Erin!

After years working in real estate with my mother's investment portfolio, and living across three countries—China, Switzerland, and Costa Rica—I've learned something crucial:

We become blind to what we see every day.

As an architect and designer, I'm trained to see details. But after months in the same project, I miss imperfections that were obvious on day one. It's called "designer's blindness."

The same happens to founders and business owners.

When you're building your startup, writing your messaging, or defining your brand day after day, you stop seeing what's broken. You miss the messaging that confuses customers. You overlook the positioning that doesn't land. You can't see that your brand voice sounds generic because you're too close to it.

Living in Switzerland during the pandemic, then Shanghai pursuing my Master's, taught me something else: business doesn't follow one formula. What works in Costa Rica might completely miss in China. What resonates with Europeans feels foreign to Asians.

This perspective, as someone who's built across cultures, worked in real estate, studied architecture, and now is building her own company (coming soon), is why I'm here. I help founders and solopreneurs see what they've stopped seeing.

I help them design brands with the precision of an architect and the cultural awareness of someone who's lived across continents.

WHY INSPIRADA?

Because everything in life can spark inspiration.

Every failure teaches you something. Every conversation changes your perspective. Every setback is a setup for something better. Every win, no matter how small, reminds you why you're building.

I named this blog INSPIRADA because I feel inspired at every step of my journey. And I believe you should too.

This isn't a space for perfection or curated success stories. It's a space for real conversations about what it takes to build, grow, and become who you're meant to be. It's about finding inspiration in the messy middle, in the confusion, in the wins and the losses.

When you read something here and it clicks—that's inspiration. When you see your own struggles reflected back at you and feel less alone—that's inspiration. When you apply a framework and it actually works for your business—that's inspiration.

I'm Inspirada because I choose to be. Every single day, even when it's hard.
